We were lucky to taste REBEL44 honey years ago, when it was just a couple of hives in the backyard. It was immediately obvious that this honey is different, and has unique flavours not found elsewhere. I learned (AJ is great at teaching and explaining, he LOVES talking about bees) that this is not accidental, it's due to carefully timing harvests with various flowers and plants in bloom.
