**Special Event Terms**

EVENT CONTRACT:

• Planned attendee count: minimum 35 registered guests
• Pre-reservation registration deposit: $44pp discounted 50% to $22pp; total $770 (deposit paid by cash/check/Zelle; credit card processing fees apply; non-refundable reservation within 30 days prior to event date, Sept 1st)
• Vendor travel/set-up fee to Bonney Lake in October 2026: $500 (refundable if event is postponed or cancelled)
• Seven Summits Lodge to provide ample indoor, quiet experience space of 10 x 10 ft minimum for vendor display, as well as comfortable seating for all registered event attendees
• Advanced permissions to bring organic, raw local honey varietals and farm fresh products for on-site sale to attending guests; no guest obligation to purchase
